If your issue remains unresolved, please contact our support team via our in-platform ticket system. To help us resolve your issue efficiently, please provide the following information when submitting your ticket:

-Registered account or address: your registered account or wallet address

-TxHash: if the issue is related to on-chain transaction

-Order ID: if the issue is related to trading

-Detailed description: description about the issue with as much detail as possible, attach screenshots or recordings if possible


How to submit a ticket: Support Ticket button (bottom-right corner) → [Feedback / Ticket] → Fill in and submit


Where to view ticket status: Support Ticket button (bottom-right corner) → [Ticket Records] to check progress and replies


You will receive live support here. Please send the above details along with relevant screenshots (up to 3) to get a response from our team. The support team will reply to your query within the conversation — general inquiries are typically answered within 4 hours.
